MONDAY: Heavy thruster. Mid length 2 rounder of burpees & deconstructed clean & jerk
TUESDAY: Power Snatch cycling. Mid length intervals w/ snatch push pull
WEDNESDAY: Push pull strength. Longer AMRAP of box jumps, wall balls & deads
THURSDAY: Long AMRAP cardio focused
FRIDAY:  Open retest.  Squat cleans, T2B, double unders
SATURDAY: Strict Press. Long chipper w/ DB (step ups, bx jumps, clean & jerk, devils press)
SUNDAY: Long EMOM burpees, pull-ups, thrusters, calories, rest.
