Learn the Fundamentals!!
You are more than welcome to join us for a one-on-one trial to check things out, ask all the questions you’d like and get a feel for the box (aka gym) but if you’d like to jump right in to Foundations, here’s your link:
What is it?
It’s the beginning of your CrossFit journey. 3 days per week, for 5 weeks you will meet with the other athletes (yes, you're an athlete) and learn how to perform all the CrossFit movements safely and effectively while getting an amazing workout. You'll learn rope climbs, pulling, pressing, squatting, all sorts of gymnastics, the Olympic lifts and so much more.
Tuesday & Thursday @ 7pm
Saturday @ 8am
The schedule is set up so you can attend 2 of the 3 classes each week and not miss a thing
