Coaches Notes

CFCB: How long have you been doing CrossFit and when did you join us at CFCB?
Kathleen: I’ve been doing Crossfit since I joined CFCB almost 2 years ago.

CFCB: Why is CrossFit important to you and what keeps bringing you to the gym?
Kathleen: Fitness has always been important to me to maintain my physical and mental health. Crossfit added a component of community and challenge when I was getting bored with the solitary gym slog. There is always a new goal to work toward and a great crew of people supporting you and celebrating your gains along the way. Nothing beats the feels of hitting a PR or learning a new gymnasty movement.

CFCB: What sort of workout gets you really excited??
Kathleen: I like a good long chipper with lots of different movements like the 12 Days of Christmas or Filthy 50. I can also get behind anything with built in rest :)

CFCB: What sort of things do you love doing outside of the gym?
Kathleen: Outside of the gym? What?
