WEDNESDAY -- Back Squats w/ 2 short-mid length amraps w/ devil's press & cardio
THURSDAY -- Jerks w/ mid-long metcon w/ DB CJS, box jumps & sit-ups
FRIDAY -- Front Squats w/ long amrap w/ squats, pressing & pull-ups
SATURDAY -- Snatch w/ mid length chipper
SUNDAY -- LONG chipper w/ cardio, pressing, pulling, etc
